Mysundates Payments and Refunds

1. Payments for paid services are made through the payment systems or credit organizations listed on Mysundates. When paying for Services via payment systems or credit organizations, you undertake to read the terms and conditions of money transactions. It is your responsibility to follow the rules/instructions of the payment systems or credit organizations, and you are entirely responsible for the actions you take via your personal accounts.

2. When you pay by debit card, payment processing (including entering the card number) takes place on a secure page of the processing system. Card data is transmitted only in encrypted form and is not stored on the server of the Company. All operations with payment cards are performed in accordance with the requirements of payment systems. When transmitting information, special security technologies of online card payments are used, data processing is carried out on a secure high-tech server of the processing company.

3. All fees of payment systems and/or credit organizations related to the payment and transfer of funds shall be paid by you at your own expense. The moment of payment is considered the moment of positive result of authorization of payment in payment systems and/or credit organizations, or the moment of receipt of funds on the account of Mysundates.

4. Refunds are only available if, after paying for VIP status, it was not granted to you or if the platform’s internal currency (Matchpoints) was credited less than you purchased. In both cases you should immediately contact our support service via email support@mysundates.com and describe your case.
We do not make refunds for unspent on our website Matchpoints and/or purchased VIP status you do not use.
